In this video activity, you can make your own Magic Milk “Plastic.” How does it work? Milk contains protein. When milk’s protein meets vinegar’s acid, the protein molecules join together in long chains, causing curds to form. Those curds can then be molded into any shape. When they dry, you have homemade “plastic!”
